Warranty conditions

  1. Scope:
    These warranty conditions apply to all products purchased from Le Flocon online shop.
  2. Warranty period:
    The warranty begins from the date of purchase and extends for the warranty period specified in the product description.
  3. Guarantee service:
    Le Flocon warrants that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event of a warranty claim, Le Flocon will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or refund the purchase price.
  4. Exclusions:
    The warranty does not cover damage or defects due to misuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, modifications or improper installation.
  5. Claiming the guarantee:
    To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service at kontakt@leflocon.de. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
  6. Returns:
    Before returning a defective product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service department. Products returned without a valid RMA number may be refused.
  7. Disclaimer:
    This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the products purchased. All other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
  8. Changes to the warranty conditions:
    Le Flocon reserves the right to change or update these warranty conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the website.

    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by country or region.
